Brainy C is a customizable modular electronic daughter board solution enabling data collections and analytics for production machines, work-floors or single products/devices.

Brainy C is a smart and compact system implanting synergies between the manufacturing company, the suppliers, the product and the customer.

How?

The “device” becomes smart, hypersensitive using an ecosystem of specialized sensors. Furthermore via multiple wired and wireless communication options it becomes connected to the network and can be reached remotely and remotely operated.

Based on state of the art core IoT / IIoT technologies, Brainy C allows machines or products to be monitored in performances, in his life cycle states and his functional behaviors.

At other side of the network reside our cloud-based software platform BRAINY..the front-end with the objects. BRAINY provides control, data visibility/collection and (through AI) insights, analitics and operative decisions support.

Massive transmission of data in real-time to the web platform or additional third party control software / systems with the aim of enabling constant monitoring from a digital control room perspective.

Remote control

Possibility to remotely control the devices (products) through commands managed by software front-end. This type of functionality will ensure total control of the enabled product regardless of the user’s position.

Data analysis

The web platform according to specific KPIs (key performance indicators) created according to the needs of the specific project / product will allow data analysis with the aim of generating data scientist models useful to the various company departments.

Through the use of ML (machine learning) and AI (artificial intelligence) it will be possible to create intelligent algorithms capable of enabling topics such as diagnostics, predictive, evolutionary and prescriptive maintenance.

Quality control

Determine specific values ​​that highlight the quality of that product necessary to represent company standards.

Product ID

Subject a specific immutable and certified identity (blockchain compliance) to a specific product.
